Michael Harvey is a Civil Engineering professional with over 48 years’ experience of on-site construction in UK, Ireland, Europe, Southern and Central Africa, the Middle East, South East Asia, and America.
Michael has worked in both the commercial and public sectors on building developments, heavy civil engineering, Oil and Gas industry and on over ground and underground railways. Michael has lectured to both college students and professional engineers.
During the latter part Michael’s career he undertook many commissions in ‘Dispute Resolution’ supporting the legal teams with robust Forensic Schedule Delay Analysis accompanied by expert reports for major clients globally.
Professional Status and Qualifications
Michael is a Fellow of the Association for Project Management’ and a life Member and Fellow of the Association of Cost Engineers. Michael is a Member of the Society of Construction Law and the Institute of Directors.
Lecturing Assignments
Michael has lectured at post graduate level in project management, scheduling techniques and computer application at the following establishments: U C L – Bartlett School of Graduate Studies, Cranfield University, Malaysian Institute of Civil Engineers Romanian Association of Civil Engineers.
