Assignment: Forensic Schedule Delay Analysis

Multiplex – Working with a dedicated team to assess entitlement to ‘Extension of Time’ and associated costs through forensic planning for No. 1 West India Quay.

Very few records and no programme available, therefore created a project programme from scratch to assess delays.

Outcome; awarded EOT and associated costs.

PLYMOUTH TO PENZANCE FIBRE OPTIC & COPPER CABLE ROUTES

Assignment: Forensic Schedule Delay Analysis and expert reports for entitlement for additional costs incurred by Birse Rail in completion of the Plymouth to Penzance main line for the construction of fibre optic and copper cable routes and base station sites.

Outcome; Successful

MIXED USE SKYSCRAPER

KINGDOM CENTRE RIYADH

Assignment: Forensic Schedule Delay Analysis.

Severe delays encountered due to the collapse of the main entrance.

Produce an expert ‘defence’ document on behalf of the contractor (El Seif). Kingdom Centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Assignment: Forensic Schedule Delay Analysis and expert review and reports for entitlement to additional costs incurred by Tube Lines in completion of the Euston Station and Southgate Station Modernisation projects.

HSBC BUILDING

Assignment: Forensic Schedule Delay Analysis

Forensic planning to defend Kajima’s liabilities on the new HSBC building in St James’s., London.

The dispute was centred on resourcing issues.

Extensive task-level resource analysis was used to successfully resolve the dispute.
